Lá:Lém in the Halq’eméylem language of the Stó:lō people means “house” or “home.”
It reminds us that safety, trust, and belonging begin with how we care for the places we live.

Welcome to Lá:Lém Building Inspections & Consulting

Lá:Lém - Visiting Client

My name is Danny Tourville, and I am a proud member of Moose Cree First Nation in Moose Factory, Ontario. I founded Lá:Lém Building Inspections & Consulting Ltd. to support the housing and infrastructure needs of First Nations across British Columbia and Turtle Island.

Over the years, I’ve heard the same concern come up in Nation after Nation:

“We need a reliable inspector we can trust – someone who understands how we work, and why it matters.”

That’s why I started Lá:Lém – not just to offer inspections, but to be a trusted partner in your housing and infrastructure planning.

Whether you’re managing a single home or overseeing a Nation’s housing portfolio, I’m here to offer respectful, consistent support.
